Newbie ride?

I was thinking of heading west and riding north of Georgetown, Caledon area. There's some really nice roads over that way, and we can stay out of the more populated areas. See how the day goes as to length of ride.

That's this Sunday, aug. 4. The address is Major Mackenzie drive, just off the 400, at Cityview blvd. Just north of Woodbridge. Ymax, you're welcome to come if your scoot can sustain speeds of 80km/h or so. I'll be on a green Suzuki bandit1200.

Cool. I think the tmax can sustain 80mph no prob - in theory lol j/k I never speed :D

Good luck with the newb ride. If you are going to Caledon check out the Caledon Badlands it looks like Mars. Also, the Forks of the Credit is in that area, but it will be crowded on a long weekend with motorists who aren't paying attention. Furthermore, depending on the newness of the riders it may not be appropriate. But checkout the Badlands though.

damn.. It's already like a trip to me coming up there from scarborough, maybe I'll join next time when you guys head east instead

Hey guys/girls, something has come up and I'm very sorry to say I have to postpone the ride. Let's aim for Sunday August 11, same plan. I will post up later in the week. Anyone still interested plan for that date. Still thinking of Caledon area, although if anyone feels like it we could go tour around Lake simcoe, it's a very cool route.
