As n00bie as you all are, doesn't hurt to have someone there that knows what they're doing. Just sayin.

Yep, that's the whole point of this post. I've noticed a lot of rides posted saying things like "no noobs" or "fast pace, noobs welcome". I've been riding for 34 years, and figured I'd give newer riders a chance to meet/ride without pressure to keep up. I'm very glad to have offers from other experienced riders to come along and ensure everyone has a good/safe day. I love this sport, and always try to make time for newer riders. Honestly, I'm always surprised at the number of people ready to ridicule a new rider when they post up an honest question, no matter how trivial it may seem. If they don't ask, they'll never learn, if they are ridiculed it makes them wary of asking in the future.
They're an elite group of noobs no experience welcome!
It was a joke!
+1. I was sweeping a noob friendly ride last year and had to pick the bike off the kid who tried to keep up. The leader was on a SS and nearly killed the second noob about an hour later. Ride safe.Thats one of the worst things you can do as a new rider and yet you see it all the time. Guys trying to keep up, until they can't...
A ride like this is a great idea, only if you have someone capable of leading the ride without doing mach 3 :lmao:
