Now that there is an SAE spec, that seems reasonable. Stick with the current rules for dumb lights but if you have lights that meet the spec, they should be allowed too. Very little government brainpower required (which is good because they aren't working with much).Will we finally get the adaptive lights? I think we follow the US regulations?
