On top of that, I find those whom are the most untrusting of others are usually the most dishonest themselves, because they know that they are capable of those feats themselves. Someone who begs, lies, cheats, steals, murders, and commits crimes are much more paranoid about others doing the same. Someone who doesn't, would not expect that behaviour from others.

1 is borderline illegal (wiretapping) depending on you do it. The other isn't.

Both are fairly significant secrets and detrimental to a relationship. Since isn't a definitive weight scale for moral transgressions then i would say they are on the same level

Tracking someones locations is a little more grey area..But if you are hacking or altering their cell phone to provide this function without their permission to track them you could be charged with something.

Know what I would do in this situation?
Out right ask her and state your concerns and reasons why you feel that way. Either she will tell you out right, or you'll be able to pick up on her lying. And if she doesn't have someone else on the side and doesn't want to lose you, she will stop whatever behaviour it is that is causing you this concern.
Or, sack up, tell her what you think and leave, if you want to be all dramatic and have a grand exit.
