The helmet hair part, or the colour? 'cause that hair colouring/style (rooted look) was done by a salon for a magazine article, and I haven't had a chance to change it. Now the helmet hair is because it was about 40 degrees and I had just ridden about 2 hours to pose in the blazing heat.

My son phoned in sick and placed 2nd in his dragon boat competition - he still has the job.

It's a summer job that I'm going to continue during school. It's a bike shop I work at, so I get really good discounts and help on my bike. I really wish I could go to the final for Saturday, but I know I truly won't win because i actually eat food. It's also not the most realistic thing for me to do anyways since I now live in Peterborough as opposed to Brampton.
Not as hard as my decision to stop playing rugby. I love the sport, but my hips can't handle it, especially since little things can throw them off. If walking pain free wasn't a concern for me, I'd still be playing, that and a lot of people convinced me not to playI'm sure that was a difficult decision....
