I'm thinking about doing a run to #507, Elephant Lake Rd. on Sunday morning Sept. 7th. Leaving at 10 am. from Timmy's @Rutherford/Weston. Pace to be spirited but not excessive.

Who's interested in going????

im just comfy on my gsxr. i wouldnt mind doing a run. how many kms are we talking?

Never been there , I would like to go , I will know for sure on Friday. I enjoyed last Sundays ride :p

Coming back on #400 Rosseau to my house in Woodbridge was about 210kms.(on my odometer).
Going there Woodbridge to Rosseau back roads, longer route, say about 240 kms.

Total approx. 450 kms. Longer for you as you're from Whitby.

Hey LMF, what time do you think you will be getting to the end of Elephant Lake (Maynooth)? I'm going to be up at the parents place, coming back on Sunday. Maybe I can time it to meet you for your return leg.

You are the expert with the figures. Leaving Woodbridge at 10 am.. Meet some riders at Whitby or Bowmanville. Then up to Peterborough, Buckhorn, #507 and Elephant Lake Road and finishing in Maynooth. Will have lunch probably on way up at Diner in Gooderham (after #507 stretch).

Figure 4 hours approx. to Maynooth. So should be there at 2 pm. or so. Can meet you at the Shell station where we gassed up last time.

I will PM. you with my cell number and we can keep in touch.

Sounds like a plan. I usually leave Petawawa around noon, so that would put me in Maynooth by 2 with no problem.
