Dude, almost dropped the bike over the weekend and so decided to stay home.... wheel spin at 135 and a nasty fishtail. I'm a bit shaky now as a result. Also got all kindsa back to school stuff gwan with my sister... \

I've been there before. Almost dropped the bike three weeks ago going thru gravel on #507. Know that sickly feeling in the stomach. I will post something for a ride on sat.

Anybody feel like a ride to Wasaga Beach Aug. 23 Saturday morning 10 am. ??????

Meet at Tims, Rutherford/Weston. Can take #400 or backroads whatever we feel like. Want to leave a little early becuase of recent heavy traffic up north. Pace moderate. Our #1 leader/navigator HiBusa won't be with us but I'm sure we can find our way up there.

Everyone welcome, newbies included.

We did a small ride (2 pers) to Wasaga Beach on Saturday which unfortunately you missed. The weather was great and the scenery fantastic.

Nothing planned on this board for Sunday.

HOWVER, I will be at the Kahuna Powersports Charity ride on Sunday. It leaves Boston Pizza , AMC Plaza, #7/#400 at 10 am. Registration is 8:30- 10 and cost is $25. There is a ride to the Caritas King City Therapeutic Farm (Drug Abuse Centre) which would probably interest you since it is not too far away. There will be a BBQ, ATV and dirt bike rides.

The proceeds are for a good cause.

I will be there. You can ask for Louis and I'm riding a 2008 Black ZX-6R with a black Nylon jacket" Kawasaki Road Racing."

I know the guys at Kahuna well and they are really nice and the cause is an excellent one.

Hope to see you there or if you want PM me and I'll make arrangements to meet you there.

Hey Lucifer and Need for Speed:

While you guys were catching some ZZZZZZs I did the ride for Kahuna/Caritas this morning. The ride was 1 1/2 hours thru Woodbridge/King/Caledon. Ended up at Caritas Farm on Weston Rd. north of King Road. Had BBQ and ATV rides which were a blast.There were alot of nice people there including staff from Kahuna and some instructors from Humber Riding course.

Lucifer this ride would have been perfect for you. No highways and top speed was 85kmh. Went thru back roads caledon and King .Easy pace .There were about 40 riders so wasn't crazy.

Next time don't party so much. You know what they say about the early bird getting the worm.

I will post a ride during the week.

i will keep checking during the week to see if there is anything for next week.
 
I'm heading up to Muskoka on Sunday morning Aug. 31 for Aminal's Muskoka ride. Should be a great ride and beautiful scenery. Anyone interested in coming with me?????

They are leaving Hoobie's restaurant, Horseshoe Valley Rd/#93, north of barrie at 11:30am. Sunday morning.
I would suggest meeting at Tim Hortons, Rutherford/Weston, Woodbridge, at 10 am. Sunday morning. This gives us enough time to get to the starting point and have a coffee before they start the ride at 11:30 am.

See you then.
 
I'm might be in as long as we get back home before 4:30 PM.

I was planing on heading up to the ride as well, I may join you guys tomorrow morning @ Tims.
