Looking for Fast Riders

leave it to GTAM....op posts "looking for like minded fast riders",be it right or wrong it's his prerogative although not a good choice of words in his description of the thread.I cringed as I read it knowing that all the righteous self appointed popo who do NO wrong on this board would attack with guns a blazing.

I know Ramon1234 and he is a good kid and for the record is one hell of a rider and would give 95% of you track day guys a good whooping so tease all you want take him to the track and you'll see

As far as this thread taking the Assassin route I don't get it maybe it's envy.The Assassin runs a very organized ride...waits... directs and warns of road debris and dangerous roads ahead what more can a rider ask for on a spirited ride.I feel safe on his rides as any popo have their mouse (assassin),good luck catching him.He may ride on one wheel for kms that's his CHOICE he may do 200 in the straights his CHOICE and run corners at ridiculous speeds again his CHOICE the question is what CHOICE would YOU make as a rider IF on one of his rides.We have had slower riding women come out and everyone stayed with the group and made it home safe.

So to all that comment without knowing first hand what the assassin is about or his rides go and experience then YAP!!!!

Really fast guys I know only organize private rides, they keep quiet and chill about it and definitely don't come in here asking to meet other fast riders, because when you are good and have been around for a while there is no need to go looking.

Most Hipped up rides I have gone in this board have been disappointing and the fact that someone does track doesn't mean they are fast, just ask TRFB.

FYI I am a 45 year old business owner with two kids one Ramones age.Seems like the role of living in MOMMY'S basements apartment should be reversed with adult comments like this:

I have only been riding for a couple years, so I don't know many other quick riders. Also I didn't suggest this fast riding would take place on the streets.

I don't see a problem with a post like this. I do have a problem when rides/group are advertised as noob friendly
THEN go 200+ leaving them 15 minutes behind and or getting lost. This is not one of those.

This is your style, or it isn't, make a choice. theasssasin wheelies better on gravel than most do on perfect pavement, and his rides
are clearly explained, and ramon1234 is clearly describing what sort of rider he's looking for.

Sure... he is a regular fella with big bella who is fast with track tires worn down to the bone. I personally like his rides (very spirited) If i didnt sell my liter bike I would be out there on one of those. Very much fun if you now the roads.

I was thinking along the same lines as your first paragraph with my 'condensed' post earlier in this thread :). I love GTAM, but there are some on here who just love to come on here and rip into anyone who doesn't 'follow suit' so to speak. I don't see why everyone gets their panties in a knot over what other people have posted, especially if it doesn't directly affect them. If ramon wants to find fast riders and doesn't know many other people, there is no harm in posting on here to look for them. Ya, everone is entitled to their opinions, but it really seems like people like to group and bully others on here....

Words of advice to Ramon1234 just post your rides as being SPIRITED that's it and choose your riding buddies from those rides with the riders that fit your specific criteria

Sorry, I think I've finished the last batch....was too entertaining.

Personally, I don't see what the big deal is. Everytime these guys start a thread, the thread becomes a trainwreck. People here start threads with "250 rides", "Desi Rides", "Grey hair rides"; just go to the one that fits you. Hey, there are even "beginner's rides"

I just find it entertaining where it states "no 250" and "skilled riders" then all the 250 riders get their panties in a knot. I've even seen 600's get left in the first 20secs of the ride, then I start giggling in my helmet, lol
