A kick to the face isn't even close...It's not like he hit someone in a rage, or self defense, or even over money. He just attacked an unsuspecting woman for no reason other than skin colour?

If you watch closely, the guy actually curls his ankle a bit and kicks him with the side of his shoe, rather than a full soccer kick, probably because the womens head was too close and he didn't want to clip her.

Too bad he wasn't wearing construction boots.

He deserved more than he got (I'm guessing broken nose and concussion) but had they kept going they open themselves up for charges.

Even if they were charged, they would have money thrown at them to fund their defence... and I don't you would find twleve people that would convict them!

In a self-defense situation, a couple of shots center-mass are what's called for. Biggest target, will neutralize the threat. Lethality doesn't even factor into the equation. With that being said, I'm betting he'll be switching to .45ACP and choosing a better bullet for his self-defense rounds, like the Hornady XTP :cool:
