Thanks... of course I'm eyeing up a few other bikes right now...
One has caught my attention more than the rest, but don't want to get myself all worked up until I have at least some interest in Suzi (zero so far).

Be sure to check your spam box. I checked mine last week and found over a dozen kijiji messages from people asking about my 929! Thanks Yahoo...

Will do. Hope you have luck with your 929.

If nobody wants Suzi, that's OK. I'll keep riding her -- lord knows I'm still slower than a retarded chihuahua and have tons to work on...

It's you that's slow! its your tiny balls between your legs, blame them and dont compare yourself to me please.

Wonder why your jokes are always directed at me? I've never stepped foot on a track yet.

You may not want to play the insult game with me, I've been polite so far. The blonde has given me some serious ammunition!

Keep going if you dare!

(Joking of course)

It's cause I'm egging you on to get on the freakin' track!!!!
Damn the house and cop wife... straddle a bike and come with us one day!

Sure - my balls need some growing to do with the throttle in the tighter sections of the track - notice the addition to my sig regarding corner speed???
but, I'm getting quicker out there...

Take a deep breath. Relax. I'll play nice and pretty and won't poke fun any more... :(

I am relaxed. but what is this high school? its getting old, like last year old.

Who needs bachelor Canada? The drama's right here people! Get your popcorn!

What the hell is going on?

anyways, I'm done for the season, can't wait for some new parts to show up. Upgrading the brakes on the gsxr. That is my number one complaint with my bike at the track.

Going to a Yamaha R1 set up

Nice choice... seems like we've got a similar issue with braking then.
Doing a whole front end swap or do the brakes bolt up directly?

Is it possible that lack of confidence in the front tire could be part of the braking problems you guys are having? I'm also looking for a new MC, but I'm pretty sure I'm braking a lot later and more aggressively on my SV than you guys are. I guess what I'm saying is, can't you just pull the lever harder? ;) I totally understand wanting one finger stoppies, but for two new track riders trying to shorten your braking markers isn't something you should be focusing on.

to be honest, i have no idea.

They had a lot of meat on the pad when i got the bike.

The previous owner was running slicks in red, so I assume they are a decent brand.

Should I just get a nice set of pads with a good set of rotors?

brakes felt better at TMP than Grand bend after the bleed (was able to borrow my friends brake bleeder tool)
