If you could load your bike on a plane and had 6 weeks off, where would you go?

It’s gorgeous. Especially the southern mountainous region.
We’re hoping to go this year but sightseeing will be to a minimum simple due to time.
I’ve barely seen 20% of it.
and Poland is tiny compared to Australia....a never ending journey. We've not even touched the western coast....including partner who has lived here all her life...

I'd certainly think Europe offers a wonderful smorgasbord of riding for 6 weeks even for star cruisers....or maybe especially for star cruisers.
Shipping bikes to Europe is also well established and you don't have a myriad of borders to deal with. ( channeling Itchy Boots just getting from Iraq to Iran and then back into Iraq )
Not something you'd want to use up precious riding days.
The Chunnel adds additional destinations of a huge network of paved roads to explore in the UK.
As much as we hated driving in London, being able to ring road the big cities and then pop off into the lesser populated areas like western Scotland was a real treat...many single lane and spectacular ....but only 1 half hour or so from the slab.
The Scottish 500 is only 500 km but the recommended driving time is a week.
One thing I really liked was the air quality coming off the ocean...of course inevitable road hazards in the form of sheep and single lane but well paved roads with passing areas ( not like Canada - a passing area maybe two car lengths...you stop and let the other car coming towards you go by.)

Australia
Reason everyone flies here....and this assumes the roads are open....as there are nearly zero alternatives

the lower quadrant Brisbane to Adelaide is an excellent 6 week place to explore with mountains and many alternative paved routes....none of that in the north and west.
You could even extend a bit north and west of Adelaide as we did last year in the cage. But we flew to Adelaide.

I'd go to New Zealand as I've discovered relatives there. No shortage of things to see and I get personal tour guides.

As PP says it's mostly all asphalt, except it's badly frost heaved.

The south section (up to Relais 381) was actually some of the smoothest roads we rode in QC on that entire trip. It was in good shape. The section north of there was brutal however. There was a lot of work going on with the north leg so I think it's due for a full re-pave in the coming year or two as well.

Quebec was so erratic on road quality....some downright dangerous and some perfect.
Only place I saw a tarsnake warning sign for motorcycles was in Quebec.

I think they did not enforce weight limits on trucks was part of the bad roads issue.
