So who's without power? Thornhill lost power at about 10:30. Lots of fried transformers lighting up the sky.

still got power in Georgetown, but the lights flickered a couple times. got about an inch of ice on my cars

Downtown Brampton, lights are flickering and trees/branches are falling all around the neighbourhood. It's gonna be an interesting night..

Blackout here. Internet down.

I'm the other side of the RR tracks from you, no power outage (yet). Looks like it's stopped raining too.

All good in Brooklin but the lights just flickered

Actually I think it never stopped raining, and coming down hard now. Trees are getting shorter. I predict a powerless future is close at hand.

Not too bad in Mimico this morning, but a bit of ice on the walkways.

Got an inch of ice yesterday here in Peterborough. Scraped it off the truck last night with the heater on full blast then put a tarp over the cab. Don't feel like doing that again cuz I'm going sledding in the Ganny today!!

North York had an inch if ice down. Our car was only 1/2 way under the roof of the, so the but-end is all icy, but the front is clear. Kind of amusing.
No power either, had to warm formula and baby serial with a makeshift candle-powered 'stove' constructed in the kitchen. Time to buy a camping stove for these type of emergencies I suppose.

Good times.

Luckily my insurance company is looking out for me.

Warms my heart they're so concerned about me not having to make a pesky claim.

Was weird last night. Branches crashing down all over the place and transformers sparking and arcing like explosions.

Power is out right now. Tree opposite took out a neighbour's power line onto the road (not snapped though I don't think). So red safety cones are across the road and a police car is blocking the other side.

No power problems in Waterloo. But lots of trees down.
