I Saw You: V.2.0

To all the uncle high-viz riders, Cruiser stomping, race suite wearing, "dude, it's a cafe racer" 1980's Honda Goldwing pushing, "I've been riding for 40 years..." talking riders...
When I wave, nod my helmet, two fingers down at you... WAVE THE **** BACK! :sad3:

Don't get me wrong, some of you are golden, always sticking your arms out, showing respect (and getting it back) smile on your face, then there are the ones who look like they just slapped their wives and are heading over to quit their jobs. Please be happy.

With Love,

couldn't agree more..

My first month or so on my bike, I didn't know what the lowered hand and two finger wave was.
I thought other bikers were flipping me off, cause I was a noob

I find the peace sign supremely ghey. I nod to everyone though.

Blue sports bike and a pink sports bike on main street hamilton a bit ago. I saw that red car turning left in front of you...

But hey, at least he stopped when he finally saw you. Saw you give 'em a death stare are you slowly rolled by.

I haven't been getting any waves returned in the last couple of weeks, not sure why I'm only running into riders that nod at best or flat out ignore me.

Also saw a white CBR 125 with a top box on just around the corner from my place tonight. Kinda looked like an Asian delivery bike (sorry if you're on here!) :D

Was about time someone brought this up. Should have made a thread about it.

Saw this guy at Erin Mills and QEW turnoff.
Protecting only his upper half with real gear. Bottom Half = Loafers and Dress pants.

Why do cruiser riders think they don't need full protection?

To the Duc Scrambler left turning NB onto Yonge from Steeles last night: Don't shake your head at the car turning with us NB coming the other way. At least he signaled and maintained his lane, unlike you who changed 2 right lanes with the left signal on.

Tonight on the 401 East bound at 5:15 pm. I think it was a ninja on a flat bed. Cop looked mighty ****** off.
Street racer?

Me. Red Nissan Pathfinder. License : Wolfpaws

You: 5 Arseholes on litre bikes. 2 of you going 160+ on both sides of my vehicle, then pulling in front of me before fading into the distance.
1 of you pulling a wheelie beside me, then cutting in front of me, then into the lane beside me.

I was started by the two coming beside me at such high speeds, thankfully i don't jerk react. Guy who wheeled in front of me, had me worried you would go down and i'd hit you.

Very annoyed because people like this give the rest of us a bad name.

To be fair, how many times have you seen someone on a sports bike wearing a tank top and shorts? I see them quite often. I'm a cruiser rider myself, and I wear full gear, because the day I don't, is the day I wish I had.

I think Wolf's point is that cruiser riders like the one in the picture believe they're wearing gear even though they're only half protected.

Squids that wear no gear are a totally different class of dummies. Darwin will take care of them though.

Pretty sure that's an FJR, not a cruiser.

ATGATT, waving, now all we need is a question about oil to throw this forum into full retard mode

What about....Which colour is faster? How do I get my licence? The list goes on and on. There are some great stickies where the OP has gone to no end of trouble to post. Thank you to you.

Oh, by the way, I have recently changed my Winter air and put in fresh Summer air. What a difference. Do I need to add more Summer air?

You should probably let out some of the summer air and add spring air. Helps with bumps....
