I Saw You: V.2.0

June 9. 11:40pm

you: Red and white Yamaha R something, couldn't tell if it was a 600 or 1000. Weaving through traffic on the 410 in the pissing rain. With no rain gear.

Me. Driving my girlfriend's car, jealous because you were riding, not so jealous because I was dry.

June 10, 8:20PM
saw a green & black&white Ninja following behind me down Ye Olde Unionville Main Street. :hello2:

This pic is incriminating and will land the poor lad in the court room if there are any cops out there wise to this site! Videos of rides (on you tube) that have broken laws which include the rider leaving and returning to their home have made cops' jobs easier and lead to convictions. If you're gonna share your experience with us please be aware that this is borderline snitching.

Wheelies slow down acceleration...so by the looks of him being in the slow lane....this gent is the type to consider fellow users of the road. Pure class.

So you and 3 other guys had to quote the whole picture in your reply?

The only thing that pisses me off about people doing wheelies on public roads is that I can't do it myself.

+1
my wheelies are pathetic at best...... :bootyshake:

Your wheelies will always be weak practicing on the street, I know the person in the pic and his wheelies were weak as **** too. He put some time in practicing in the parking lot with us stunters, and now has control over his wheelies on the street...You can spend years on the street trying wheelies and barely improve, come to the parking lot surrounded by people doing things the right way with a danger free atmosphere and you will learn alot more alot faster...

Its like thinking your going to learn how to race doing ramps....

But how am I to practice my 1 mile wheelie??

Learn to control your wheelies in a limited amount of space and youll learn to wheelie for as long as you want when you have unlimited space. Or you can just keep power wheeling on the street with no real control untill you hit the limiter...

Once you learn the control in limited space, you can slow down, speed up, change lanes, check your blind spot, signal while changing lanes, coaster, etc....

Im not much of a teacher, but I can tell you what your doing wrong and tell you what I think you need to work on if I see your trying. However most people advance alot just surrounding themselfs with people doing it properly. Some guys that have impressed me alot dont even ask any questions, they just watch what others are doing and pick up on it...

Going to a lot to practice also frees your mind alot, especially when you trailer there and dont have to worry about so many things. When I started to trailer my bike to the parking lots, that is when I really started to learn things without having to worry about if I crash how am I going to get home. And having people there to help you if you do, sometimes people crash bad and instantly we get a car to put them into and rush them to the hospital and take care of their bike and tell them not to worry just get patched up or whatever...

Once you get a certain level of skills under your belt, you can show off on the street better..LOL Sometimes I see people doing wheelies on the street and I have to cover my eyes they are so sketchy looking

I'm trying hard to take the advice seriously on "snitching" but I can't get there. No way to determine what jurisdiction would apply (where exactly was this? could be mars for all we know) and like someone else said - how do you prove "who" it was...

On the slow lane topic, well, he was exiting at the time and took the wheelie all the way up the ramp. (he was in all three lanes at one point or another w/o droping back down)

I think his helmet is an Icon "Death from Above". Might be able to spot him at 403/Dundas Timmies.

I wish I could wheelie like that....with a gay lookin' helmet too. :(

I got great gear but I suck at riding. the hell man....
