I passed you. Jk
To the red Panigale parked in front of Centerpoint:
You're welcome for the ticket I didn't give you.
You're welcome for kicking the dad and kid off your bike.
Don't Park in front of a main entrance at a mall.
Edit: never mind you were an *******. See you in court.

I don't see why what he did is so wrong
Moral of the story: When you're doing something illegal and being cut a break, don't fail the 'attitude test.'
Oh does Paragon still run the show there? I worked at various sites with them for 5 years, one of them was the condos just north of Steeles. Used the uniform to score free Baskin/Robins on the regular, thanks for keeping up good relations if that was you guys haha!
Essentially this. Management has a hard on for bikes on the sidewalk so we're supposed to enforce it zero tolerance no warnings. I've yet to give a bike a ticket until today though.
"Hey bud I didn't write you the ticket but I gotta ask you to find a parking space next time you're here." shouldn't elicit "**** you rent a cop piece of **** blah blah blah"
Gave him the $60 "Stop On/over sidewalk/footpath"
Yes sir I'm here covering their supervisors vacation. Then back to my cushy do nothing summer job.

If he did react that way, then he did deserve that ticket. I once used to go for lunch at a crappy mall (yeh, it's truly crappy), but stopped because they gave me a ticket for parking on a ledge. It was not in the way or blocking any passageway. I don't think it's fitting for bikes to be parked on regular parking lots

I think the only Mall I've seen had designated Motorcycle parking was Erin Mills mall & I applaud them for thatExactly. And i don't want someone to find their bike tipped over on hot old asphalt either.
But the fact remains that I have a job to do and there is basically motorcycle parking in the form of spaces that are too narrow for any car to get in that are even closer than the handicap spots. Do I give a rats ass if a motorcycle is on the sidewalk? Hell no. But I need to give everyone the spiel.

I recently spent some time at a different office for my company and was impressed to see that their designated motorcycle parking spots are concrete instead of asphalt.Exactly. And i don't want someone to find their bike tipped over on hot old asphalt either.

I've seen a car parked there. Can they get ticketed?
