CT - 4000w with wheels - $297 - 24 payments no interest for 12 months
I have had this generator for a couple years now and it works great. (I won it in a fishing derby) at the time it was around 600 bucks, if i recall
I think 300 bucks is a good deal
I brought it to my last track day so the kids could plug in their.... electronics.... lol
3000w running? Probably 3 sets safely, 4 would be pushing it.
Definitely. The only thing its missing is the auto-idle feature.

I've just spent 2 days at the track pitted 50ft away from 2 of these. Do us a favour. Turn the exhaust towards yourself.
i was just about to ask about the canadian tire ones and how loud they were ...
They, and their type, are probably the loudest at the track. I have a Honeywell inverter which is okay. My mate has a 3000w Honda which is quiet. And during the day, with bikes running, then the genny noise is swallowed up. But once the bikes go off around 5pm then you notice who has the loud gennys. And I'm 100% aware that not everyone can afford the best, most quiet Hondas. I know I can't. But if your genny is loud then please try to muffle the noise a bit and consider your neighbours. Just pointing the exhaust away from your pit area isn't the solution. We ended up having to put a rubbish bin in front of the one loud genny and it killed the noise by about 50%.
And I'm not suggesting R1Guy is a noise polluter either, or having a go. I don't know the guy and, to the best of my knowledge have never pitted by him.
3 years at the track and I have heard some LOUD gennys, never seen anyone complain or any type of confrontation...People just complain about them on the net once safely inside their homes. LOL Loud music, partiers, pit bikes, big bikes etc. Peace and quiet is rare even after the track sessions are complete for the day : )I've never had anyone complain...
I own the Hyundai HY1000si.
If it's for warmers don't bother - 1000W peak and 900W running.
Trips if both warmers cycle "on" at the same time - I use Bickle warmers.
Buyer beware
