OMG Your hiliarious lol Point is lady If it was a pack of patch holding bikers no one would say a damn word. So why not just keep your mouth shut all the time. Mind your own business. Everyones a hero with a cell phone or with their animity online.
Yesterday in NJ there was a parade of sport bikes with a police escort doing wheelies and stoppies down the interstate. No problems life goes on

Oddly enough it isn't the person you are asking the question of, who is the anonymous one here. Are you going to answer my question, or continue with your string of hypotheticals while ignoring it?

To answer your question yes, in the incredibly unlikely event that 1%ers who tend to be rather circumspect in their riding while on public roads actually chose to do something that monumentally stupid, drawing the attention of the law to them then yes, I would also testify. It would be the fourth case in which I had been called to testify and I have already made three appearances, through five subpoenas.

It would be a he said he said. I talked to a cop doing pay duty where I was working one day, we talked about chasing bikes, and he said it's too hard for cops to lay charges and have them stick, because they can't prove who the person is under the helmet,

That may be the opinion of one cop.


Also, just laying a charge = a huge headache for the rider... its punishment in itself.

I do this all the time when I see bikes getting stolen in my condo. I even buy em a coffee. I hate rats.

Hey did you know there are no rats in Alberta?

They broke the law and got caught. What if one had hit a pothole, and crashed, then someone crashes in to guard rail trying to avoid him, and maybe their child is killed. There's a time and place for that crap.

HUH You make very little sense. WE are not talking about theives or murderers we are talking about a few guys lifting their ffront tire off the ground on a public road. boo ****ing hoo

Actually I have quite a few friends, not merely acquaintances, and am a self admitted responsible citizen. The term 'rat' is generally only used by grade school children, in the playgorund, and criminals, who don't want to pay for their misdeeds.

I was going to tell him that I'd make sure to not be a rat if I saw someone stealing his bike or breaking into his house, because he wouldn't want me to, but we never got around to that particular topic of conversation.

How responsable is it of you to rat out criminals. Putting your family at risk of retaiation by said criminals.

Also you expose your lack of inteligence each time you speak of thieves breaking into homes or stealing cars. Clearly popping a wheelie isnt even in the same scope.
