If You get in close and do it when no one is looking, It's his word against Yours..... Done it more than a few times with success

any management with half a brain knows you provide free coffee, when some idiot organizes a "timmy's run" for coffee it takes 15 mins to get the massed orders and related gossip, and 20 mins to go get coffee, if you send a girl she will take a girl with her (like potti trips at a bar) and then 20 mins to deliver the coffee cubicle by cubicle, you lose hours of productivity.
Free coffee saves companies thousands, how do so many companies f this up?


OP , you have your answer when you mentioned a few pages back "challenge his car to a car vs. bike race" , thats why he thinks your a weenie. The other people that he pisses off? they are weenies also in his eyes.

If it was a perm. placement, kill with kindness and demonstrate expertise. Once that has been done and if he continues then start challenging.

Once he sees that you know your stuff then he'll back off.

That is hilarious!! The construction company I work for has us walking down three floors and across the whole site diagonally for a drink of water out of a common jug @ $55 an hour per man(their cost). I bought 4 cases of bottled water @$1.44 at Food Basics. I bring my own to save my feet. Other guys don't mind the walk. Mind boggling!!
