How is your bikes fuel Economy?

ninja 500:
usually get about 380-440km from the 18L tank. I think that's about 50 something mpg.
depends on city vs highway, but I keep my rpm very low and it keeps gas in the tank vs out of the tank.

choosing my next bike is proving difficult because I have no huge difference in giving up the fuel economy, not unless the speed limit magically changes..

f800st

4.42 L/100km

F800S/ST/R apparently gets around 60 MPG as is reflected by the numbers provided by ddusseld above. I'd get one but I finally got around to getting an insurance quote and it was around $600 a year more for the same coverage vs my 650R.

I noticed that and I'm drooling a bit. very good considering the CC and I've heard the f800 (or maybe it's just versions?) is damn near unbreakable. dirt, gravel, dessert, snow...

'09 Ninja 650r, 25-30 MPG usually.

40-50 mpg depending on how often I kick in the Power button on the Burgman 650 and how aggressively I'm riding.
It sips at 80 kph....guzzles at 140
300 km on approx 10 l

How hard do you guys ride that you get such terrible mileage out of your 650R's?

No kidding! That's worse than my Harley!

CRF230M - 3L/100km (mix of riding 3/4 throttle on the highway or the slow race in traffic) ... a bit better if I feel like tucking and having every soccer mom give me the WTF look.
CB750S - 5.5L/100km

My EX500 averages around 4.9 litres/100kms (58 mpg on an imperial gallon) while the Ducati 900 came in at 5.65 litres/100kms (50.1 mpg).

2010 Ninja 250. I'm sure I could get that down around 4-4.5 if I never left Barrie, but even doing 80-90kmh to work it's up around 7-8k rpm. and I'm not sure what those spikes are in the graph, probably an error on my part inputting the odo reading.

What app is that Kamikaze? Really like the look of it.

accufuel. it's pretty good, but can be a little confusing to set up. once it's up and running it's pretty easy to use tho, and if you want to track multiple vehicles, you can just add them in and swipe left to right to select whatever one you want. I've been using it since i bought the bike, but I lost the first ~1600 km worth of data.

I ride an 1100 Honda Shadow ACE Tourer (1998). I keep meticulous records and I speak English - meaning at my age, I still talk MILES PER GALLON (THAT's IMPERIAL GALLONS lol !!!!)
MPG=46.5 miles/gallon or for the internationales.. that would be about
16.3 kms/litre
