For suspected impaired, use 911. For run of the mill douchey driving, I have used *OPP or the local police equivalent. Normally not much happens. I give people one mistake as we all have bad days, do something else dangerous and you get reported.

Yes I always call 911 instead of OPP.

On a side note, I believe I have a neighbour who drives bombed out of his skull and have heard he leaves parties after leaving completely wasted....plus the red nose and eyes don’t help...,any options to deal with this?

Well I dont like it but being drunk at home within two hours of driving is guilty now. If you have him on video arriving home and less than two hours later the cops get him to blow he is guilty.

I swear to god the biggest **** ups I know are lawyers or trying to become lawyers (this is literally my brother, who repeatedly drives under the influence, has had a bunch of run ins with the law, and was trying for the past several years to get into law school...my parents need to stop bailing this moron out)
