No one is a pussy, I just wish people were smarter. I've done many questionable things myself but this is a public forum. You want to give the cops a tip on how to screw us over? Sure, post your favourite areas to blow by and the exits you flip your plate on.

I don't know a single person that owns an SS that doesn't break the HTA172 at least once a ride but that doesn't mean you should be telling the cops where and how you're doing it via public forum! Keep it at KC, LnL and whatever other real life meets we do. You wouldn't be talking about how your fender kit is so close to your seat position that you can flip it using your hand while riding on and off the 407 while in front of your friends with a cop listening right? =P

OK. Here's the question I have for all the "badass" riders. Why do you even have a plate to hide? Wouldn't a real badass (I don't know why this word escapes the filters ) just ride without a plate, without insurance, without a helmet? Pretending to be legal when the cops are around or "just playing dumb" isn't badass, it's just covert. How could you even wind up getting a ticket if you're a badass? You would of course out-run the cops, wouldn't you? And out-shoot them, etc. That's "badass".

Anything else is playing "badass" when you think you can get away with it. It annoys the people who, while they might not always follow all the traffic laws to the letter, do try to act with consideration for the others who share the road and community around them.

People who don't want to break the laws you want to break aren't pansies. It's not out of fear. I know you won't believe that but I gotta say it anyway.
