That picture was taken on the ride. So yes, stunt riding while also riding in a group.

Does anyone else remember the days when you used to go do things and not yell from the rooftops about it in public after the fact, especially when said activities may or may not have been wise, or legal?

Pepperidge farms remembers.

Honestly, you guys had it good. No cameras/phones to capture all the dumb **** we all have done at some point (riding or otherwise). Simpler times.

I miss my Motorola RAZR...the original! Simpler times indeed.

Two solutions:

- Just don’t do dumb ****.

- Just ride with people who aren’t attention whores and absolutely can’t help themselves from posting any dumb **** online.

I’m 95% in the first camp now. But if I do find myself in the 5% camp by chance my riding buddies know what happens on the ride.....stays on the ride. Even if it hurt.

I also didn't really appreciate the comments thrown against our trackday organization especially after the hours and hours of work I've poured into it to make it what it is and we've received nothing but positive feedback. That user has a history of harassment so his comments against us don't carry much weight.

1) Just because you’ve spent hours on something doesn’t mean that it’s any good or above criticism.
2) What is this “his comments against us...” crap? I only have an issue with you.
Let me lay it out for you and put it simply - you are very two-faced and don’t accept any responsibility for your actions. You arrange hooligan rides and when someone calls you out on it, you play the innocent card and try to tell people that your rides are all safe and follow the rules and ‘oh, sorry if people think we’re doing anything wrong. Have a great weekend! ...’.
If you were to be honest about what kind of rides you arrange, or what kind of group you lead then sure, I’d still stay away because that’s not my style, but I wouldn’t care because you wouldn’t be trying to fool anyone.
Just man-up and admit that you love being a street hooligan, love riding fast and love pulling wheelies any chance you can get. Stop doing one thing and saying another when someone calls you on it.
Same goes for you on the track. When someone calls you out for unsafe behaviour, (especially when there’s video proof) accept responsibility for your actions, learn from it and move on.

The comment in the second picture was posted in response to the ride. I’m sure I don’t need to explain what he meant by that.

So ya, what was it you were saying about them being perfect bikers? You sound like someone who was on the ride and is trying to minimize how bad it was. Maybe you need to go take a rider training course and learn how to ride responsibly.

*mic drop
Where did I say they were perfect bikers? And yes I was on the ride, I'm not afraid to admit that to a keyboard warrior like yourself. I'm also not minimizing how bad anything was cause the ride was great. Very nice route at a good pace with good people. There is nothing to hide.

I'm also not the rider in the photo doing a wheelie so how is my riding in question here? Just because I attended the ride doesnt meant I ride like the 1 person who you have proof of being a bit of a hooligan.

So as you are clearly just seeking attention by hating on a ride that did nothing to affect you how about you go get something better to do with your life instead?

It’s evident you don’t really understand how this whole Covid thing works.

Or, perhaps, don’t care?

Not sure, why everyone is upset? First, let's keep in mind there were two rides yesterday. One in the KW area, the other "rode by" Centenary Hospital, and then North York General, as reported and shown by the media "revving their engines" in support of the front line workers. They even had an OPP escort and "assistance" while on the 401 between the two points.

Now ONE part of that organized ride I WILL give props to, is they arranged for a "local restaurant" donate meals to the front line workers.

But in reality, apparently no one else watched the footage on CP24 covering the protest at Queen's Park. If you had all watched it, you would realize these rides were perfectly fine. Afterall, one of the "speakers" on the bull horn at Queens Park CLEARLY stated that we "should go look at the hospitals they are EMPTY, the pandemic is false, it is just us loosing our freedoms, there IS NO pandemic"

Therefore, social distancing, is obviously not required!!!

Please, be advised, (for those who can't recognize the sarcasm), is tongue in cheek.

Now, back to reality. Are most of us surprised by these self entitled type of rides? This year it is because of health orders, and the pandemic being ignored, to satisfy the need for IRRESPONSIBLE riders to shine, last year and the year before it was the hoards of wheelie popping masses on the 400 series of highways.

Regardless, of soooo many responsible riders trying to "clean up" the image of "bikers" (the term used by the non riding population, to describe anyone who rides), NOT the hell's angels type of bikers. There will be those who truly believe their acting irresponsible, is their self entitled god given right, to be an idiot. BUT, this is most certainly not a reflection on today's 20 and 30's somethings. Irresponsible, albeit NOT advertised, due to social media, back when I started my policing career in the late 70's, (yes before many of your parents had even met...lol).

Just saw those other pics posted later in this thread, so I'm just gonna stfu.
I'll see myself out.

I think they did a salute to frontline healthcare workers.
Drove by a few hospitals and honked
Pics/ vids I saw were all of them moving

Actually CP24 showed them standing around chatting, Some keeping distance some not. BUT, the reporter did say the organizers, "had cautioned the participants" to maintain social distancing protocols etc. The she said "but apparently not everyone is listening and practising social distancing" the rest of the shots were of them riding and revving

You were there. It was a spirited ride (to say the least ?). You were either on the gas or you fell off the back and got dropped. Don't try to bullshitt a room full of bullshitters. We're better at it than you, and will beat you with experience.
