The Cove was astounding...and incredibly upsetting. The film in it's self was fantastic but the content had me absolutely shocked and horrified :sad2: I just can't get over the lack of compassion and empathy in some people.

Probably been mentioned already but I just watched The Cove the other day. Sad movie about the dolphin slaughter/amusement industry. Similar to shark water. Good movie though, you can stream the whole thing from cbc website.

Just watched Wolves in Paradise (http://www.pbs.org/wolvesinparadise/), it was about the struggle between ranchers & the re-introduction of wolves into Yellowstone. I thought it had a good balance of viewpoints.

Can someone recommend me a good history series? I remember someone mentioned to me a series that went from ancient times to recent history.
