Whoa. From non life threatening injuries this afternoon to being in a coma this evening ?? Hope Schumi pulls through this. Like him or hate him, the guy's a legend.
 
680 news said minor injuries no worries...2 hrs later he's in a coma???was air lifted to a hospital already in coma state???

Why do people make a living off of other people's miseries???

Checking out Schumacher memorabilia on Ebay and sure enough the vultures are already out trying to cash in on this tragedy ffs!

More likely than not, the info came from some PR rep that was trying to downplay what happened
 
Did you guys read any of huge articles on what happened?

Its not unusal for head injury victims to walk away apparantly fine and then succumb to the injuries later. It happened with that actress in Quebec where she didn't go to the hospital and seemed fine only to die less than a day later.

Michael Schumacher's spokeswoman has broken the silence surrounding the seven-time F1 champion in response to reports in the German press about the condition of the 45-year-old.

A series of reports quoting experts had called into question how Schumacher could be expected to recover from the injuries he sustained in his skiing accident back in December.

Those reports came despite silence from Schumacher's management team and doctors treating him in Grenoble for nearly a fortnight, when Sabine Kehm urged caution about any reports not to have come from official sources.

In a fresh update, Kehm reiterated that point and revealed that Schumacher continues to be in a stable condition with his family confident in the work of the doctors treating his injuries.

“Unfortunately I have to repeat that any information regarding Michael's health not coming from the doctors treating him or from his management must be treated as pure speculation,” Kehm said.

“I also repeat that Michael's family is very happy and confident with the work of the team of doctors treating Michael, and they trust them completely. Michael's condition is still considered as stable.”

How do you get to that from that statement? Coles Notes of the press conference: Anything you heard is wrong and/or speculation because no one in the know is talking. Doctors or family.

You said the family invoked a media blackout and I said it was broken because his manager apparently made the statement I posted today.
