It’s not too bad. Just did 4 loads and while I feel it, they were 90% full.that looks fun, I have to get 20 yards or so soon for my parking area thinking crushed limestone

Neighbours shed has a space underneath. Every year different animals claim it as home. She has has rabbits, foxes and skunks. All had babies there. All were friendly and caused her no issues.Do the sonotubes thing and get a feral cat and a pet dog.
Seriously though. We have/had a rabbit under our shed which is on a timber frame on sonotubes. I'm reasonably sure one of the dogs saw it off. I like how the shed is raised above any flooding issues with the sonotubes. If I was putting another shed in I'd do it exactly the same way.

Cousin had a rat that was having babies and killing everything in their garden.Neighbours shed has a space underneath. Every year different animals claim it as home. She has has rabbits, foxes and skunks. All had babies there. All were friendly and caused her no issues.
They didn't mind my deep gravel base. The final solution was driving in used metal and FRP tent poles about 3" apart all along one side.Burrowing animals are happy to live under a concrete pads. A deep gravel base helps to make this a PITA for them but still not 100%--nothing is other than vigilance or maybe some sort of vigilantism?
Depends where you are. I got 20 yards of crushed granite delivered for $200 a few weeks ago.Crushed granite is expensive

I've had a few skunks under mine. This year was a possum. This print I ripped out the ply on dirt floor. Going to replace with repurposed pavers.Neighbours shed has a space underneath. When I built my condo/shed 8 years ago I did this.My dad is building an 8x13 shed in the backyard. He spent all winter trying to convince me that building a base frame out of cedar 6x6's and filling the voids with gravel would be a good base and stop animals from living underneath it.
My response was "you live in a $1mm + house and you want to cheap out a grand or two on concrete for a shed?"
Must have got to him cause I helped him level the forms for the pad on Monday
Yes but I don't want the tar gravel screening I can move laterHave you considered asphalt shaving?
Brush blades scare me.Went to the store to buy deck stain and this followed me home instead. Prettier than my Ryobi, takes a brush blade, and matchy-matchy with my new saw.

Growing up on a farm I’ve used one since I was about 12yrs old. Having 2T dirtbikes at the time I thought it was the coolest thing ever when dad brought home a new Stihl brush cutter with the bicycle bar controls with finger throttle and brush blade. Dad just handed it to me and said to go clear the fences.Brush blades scare me.
A neighbour, Jerry, was walking around in shorts and his leg looked like he'd been attacked by a feral cat.
Nope. His neighbour was running a weed eater and Jerry asked to borrow it for a minute. It was still running when the neighbour passed it to him. He accidentally hit the throttle, the torque swung the thing up Jerry's leg.
You're gonna love it. I have the same beast, 5 seasons now, still starts first pull. The brush blade is awesome for cutting paths and beating back bush.Went to the store to buy deck stain and this followed me home instead. I spent the first seven or eight years of my life on a farm in Manitoba. Everyone knew everyone and if you weren't a brat no one cared if you wandered through pastures, yards or barns.Growing up on a farm I’ve used one since I was about 12yrs old. I just cleared an acre of poison Ivey and small brush trees around my house today with it and it’s awesome. Took down a few 2-3” pine trees by accident though. Just goes through them like butter.
