I'd say the rise. Canda will be the country that declines the most if it stays on its current track as we will lose what little we have left proping up the economy. The US is going to take a lot of investment from us.

Fall. Import tariffs will spike inflation. While the intent may be to bring manufacturing back to USA, and it may happen to some extent, a lot of the expertise is overseas, and unless USA focuses on STEM education, that's not coming back, and they want to gut education and hinder access to it.

The winner will be China.

As for us, no good will come of this.
