So according to the left, a youth having an argument with an employer should have his life ruined, while youths stealing and killing should be given 1000 more chances and all the help needed...

Actually I guess I do. It's the classic conservative "what about" argument. Ignore the question and do the what about this instead.

From the article, kid worked at a cyber security firm. He got into an argument with the boss and the boss wanted to get rid of him but was worried about trade secrets etc.

The situation is the same with EVERY single employee at a company the boss doesn't like or wants to fire.

Im going to go out on a very sturdy limb and assume a company in that field has every employee sign an NDA and since there is no word of a lawsuit stating one was broken the article is just hyperbol "but what if" "he could have" crap.
