Did you exercise today?

Changed up my shoulder routine today and tried one of Ryan Humiston from YT workouts. Good change. Legs is up next but I’m having a bad knee day so I’ll take a day off before leg day.
Oh and I did get to use my new blower last night also even though it was only 3-4”.

Anybody got a recommendation on a small punching bag? Wouldn’t mind tossing one on the basement.

Can’t be something that hangs from ceiling as that’ll shake the whole house each time I hit it.

First day back at the gym after the recent festivities. That's me in the background trying to pull my shorts up.

Yes, I recommend Pierre Poilievre. I'm sick of his BS non-answers to any question posed to him.

Get him to stand up for something, vs. hanging him from the rafters.

More core exercises today, also spend about 2 hours shoveling snow

35 pushups today!

Once I hit 50/day I just maintain that because any more than that my arms feel like jello.
I still do 3 reps of 50 push-ups each day, and 3 reps of 10 one arm on the left side. Got OCC arms, the rest is getting mushy. Also try to hit 8000 steps, that’s getting hard.

Knees are blown, one hip blown, right rotater cuff blown too.

If you’re young, be careful playing hockey or football till you can’t.

Sucks getting old.

Wow! 150 pushups and then 1 handed ones….

That’s some old man strength right there (not sure what OCC means).

So far I hit 60 in a single set yesterday, but it was painful…

I assume he means this.

2 hours shovelling that concrete like snow. I was smarter this time, walked more but only 1/2 shovel full to heave and save my back. I think it was heavier than Tuesdays snowfall.

I think you might have waited too long, the moisture from the below freezing temps + waiting makes it heavy

I started at 5 this morning. Last night the wind was brutal. It was around +1 and no wind this morning and about 1/3 done and it started to rain, which made it even heavier. Even my neighbour with the snow blower was having a tough time.

Buddy called me a fool for not spending 40min in the sleet and rain last night shovelling.

Woke up this morning to a clear driveway thanks to warm temps.

He didn’t appreciate my text message this morning.

Are they 60 good push-ups?
50.

The one armed are getting a bit shaky, I just do them because it’s the only athletic thing I can still do to piss off my sons.

I tried the single arm today. Zilch. Zero. Natta.

Can’t balance myself.
Stance: Hand under heart, fingers pointed toward armpit, feet 2’ apart.

Try again. Don’t stop till you get it.
