Dad relocates to Philippines to avoid paying support

Take this as a joke: We were talking in my familly about this **** and my mom threw this sentence, which I keep using since then, for jokes of course:
Spousal support is for lifetime, but a murder is only 25 years.

More seriously, can't the dad just go on welfare for the rest of his life and pay nothing to that b!tch?

The fro will garnish his welfare then. It's ****** up and they don't care. My dad told me of a time his paycheck was $18 because they back processed some **** that was over thrown in court but they were so backed up they didn't know.

I imagine the office as a bunch of hens clucking away, traversing through and pecking at stacks and stacks of paper work scattered and strewn across floors covered in the fecal matter they spew from their beaks.
