What you propose is OK but someone else will use it as the thin edge of the wedge. Not pay at the pump. Another needs a pee break. Another wants a bag of chips. Full shut down makes sense.

Triage. If true does an unemployable obese 50 year old that smokes two packs a day and downs a quart of XXX a day get to unplug an otherwise healthy 66 year old?
 
read somewhere russia is telling everyone they dont know about any corona virus out there, but their pneumonia numbers have suspiciously been spiking(remarkably similar symptoms to covid tho)
 
You really expect Russia to be transparent about this? (I must say that despite conspiracy theorists suggesting otherwise, all valid indications have been that China was quite transparent about this.)

Test random population? Sure, you'll find very few cases. Oh, someone just died of "natural causes". Oh well.

How much is lots? Most of my Scot family and friends are too thrifty to drink more than a dram at a time, a 40 lb'er could last months. Me personally, I like a bit more....

Disease spreading whackjobs like this should be rounded up on Form 1's (Google it) right now and held until such time that they become "enlightened" enough (through discussion, or through the courts, whatever works) to shut their pie holes.
 
Can everyone take a minute to go through that's insane persons FB page and report the most batshit crazy posts as "False news" to ensure that her website gets those nice big "Misinformation" black boxes on her posts....and that her page as a whole becomes unindexed.
