Looks like another epsoide of AMC's The Walking Dumb!

Starting today, all Walmart shoppers in the US must wear a mask.

How would you like to be the greeter, getting paid $7.90/hr, that has to tell the MAGA hat wearing, freedom loving tards they're not getting in without a mask on.
Shall we start a raffle for how many are killed in the ensuing gun battles

^^ Murica.

Cue the “I ain’t shopping at Walmart no more because they want to infringe on my freedomz!!” cries, followed by same people slinking quietly into Walmart 48 hours later.

Good application for machine vision. You step into the testing pod and the computer checks for a mask. Have a mask and it opens the door to let you in. No mask and it opens the door to the parking lot for you to leave. Stay there or make too much noise and it punches you in the gut to encourage you to move on.

I know people who can make that happen. :)

google democrats not wearing masks, then you'll see how google wants you to think

umm....you don’t tend to cough or breath out single virus particles, they are inside small droplets of water generally.

There you go, throwing science into the generalizations and misconceptions!

Heresey, I say.

So you figure they travel solo?
Have you ever seen fog?
How many coronavirus can fit on a fog droplet?

Face it, there is a reason this thing spreads easy, it is highly invasive.

What about all of the cultures that wear face coverings for other reasons. Curious? do those individuals experience a lower infection rate?
... we probably are not allowed to even ask, but it is a good sales model that was in place before it hit the fan.

Fact is ... high-mask-wearing countries that were close to the source of this contagion, but knew what needed to be done and when, did well in containing this. Countries filled with deniers have not.

Interesting to see that right leaning governed countries not doing so well vs left leaning governed countries. The right tend to prioritize the economy so that’s probably why.

And the freedumz instead of gov't knows best.

If you're asking about the types of face coverings seen in Muslim countries, I know the question has already been asked. My understanding (could be wrong, feel free to correct) is that they're worn outdoors, but not necessarily indoors (if that's the case, they're used in circumstances where they are not needed and aren't used in the circumstance in which they are), and there may be male/female usage discrepancies (needs to be everyone), and the type of material used may not necessarily be the best at stopping water droplets, which is what really needs to happen. And YES, I fully recognise that not all materials used for masks here may be as effective as perhaps it needs to be. But we didn't have time to set standards and establish and require conformity of everything on the market.

Southeast Asian countries are accustomed to wearing face masks to filter out particulate matter from high levels of air pollution, and to control the risk of spread of infectious disease, and that's a high risk there due to high population density. The right kind of mask, for the right reasons, at the right times.

Ruthless industrialist,
during pandemic  omg this is going to be a tough decision

No idea, but it would make for a fascinating study. To completely body cover in public is not a new thing for some. Maybe we could learn something.

You know when you see fog you're not seeing individual molecules of water right?

Fog shows up when water vapor, or water in its gaseous form, condenses. During condensation, molecules of water vapor combine to make tiny liquid water droplets that hang in the air. You can see fog because of these tiny water droplets. Water vapor, a gas, is invisible.

says here that it's water droplets
