Who gives a Fuc^k if a civic can beat a bike. plus how much did he spend just to get the car to run mid 10s. thats if there is any civics in the area that can run low to mid 10s. one more thing a NEW STOCK 600, 1000 and the busa with a Profecional rider on 1/4 mile run at most .4 of a sec in dif from each other.

ive been riding since 88 and itook a brief leave of absence when i didn't have a bike and i was into import cars my civic had a fully blueprinted mugen motor stage 3 greddy turbo and 50 shot wet nos system and it's been raced on the track and i'm not saying it was as fast as this guys civic or as well tuned but i had some serious sponsers like toyo , wheels direct and tg rally sport and there is no i mean no way i could have even considered racing a bike no matter what cc a good rider on a 85 gamma 2 stroke whipped my ass badly ...you can guess why i came back to bikes.
the only car i had trouble with was a mercedes SLR , and we both started in 3rd gear on the 401 needless to say i still beat it but it is a damn fast car. civic's that do 10's and 9's are pure track cars i mean full time.
This guy who won't race 600's won't race cuz he's scared he can't back his mouth and says that he will only race for big bucks cuz he knows people don't walk with cash like that , its a cheap excuse to get out of racing . Nuff talk let's race but properly howz about cayuga during dragnights?

Honestly ... who cares .. if he really has the above mentioned mods then he could have bought himself a really nice bike. Who gives a shiet if he can beat a 600cc bike ... what does that make him . . a hero to Civic nation ?? I hope he races a bike and then gets caught by the police and charges him with racing criminal charges while the bike weaves through traffic all the way home.
and yes .. the civic if suped well can beat a 600cc bike for sure. I have a friend that drives a stock S4 who raced a 600RR and dusted him by two car lengths. So a turbo charged B18c5 with nos should probably yield the same results ..

But then you have to think with all the money spent on mods he could have bought a better car. What would you rather have a riced out civic or a corvette..... i know what i would want.

a civic with 400hp would likely be a very very fast car. but when it gets down to HP ratio a 2000lb hatch back with 400hp is 0.20hp/lbs. a new r6 with 130hp that weighs 350lbs is 0.37hp/lbs. so this race could be close...givin shifting skills and lauching would have a great effect. sounds like a bunch of BS to me. give me a turbo and a nitrous system,jets and run no exhuast then will see what hp your pushing probally way over 200. ill race him with my pocket bike
