Awesome. If 70% of the women that attempt the physical fitness test can pass it (and it's the same test as the men who pass 75% of the time), that seems like the system is working to ensure candidates can do the job.
If it were "I hate *insert any non white group* people" but not followed by a punch it would be considered a hate crime.
Its only a hate crime if its committed by a white person.

I agree, likely underused before and very likely after things of late. maybe not used at all... Who owned these buildings and were they insured, did they generate revenue? So if the church owned them or the band, or???, arson for the insurance money is not a hate crime. Great time to do it BTW if you want to deflect blame.
Any evidence in these buildings would be hard to deal with today, someone may notice the actions.... So arson does a good cleansing job. Again not a hate crime.
Maybe the deity (if you believe) decided that given the crimes committed the buildings needed cleansing.... act of god or working in some "mysterious way", leave this one out as far fetched if you do not believe of course. But not a hate crime.
Of course as I noted in my first post in this thread, the victims of the church have more than ample motive, this one could be considered a hate crime or maybe straight up revenge which is not always a hate crime but maybe a fine line.
All the above are crimes and wrong BTW (even the deity IMO). And of course there may be a mix of the above, some were one, some another. Until someone is caught what do we know for sure.
But lets go back to the original narrative that it is all a hate crime, what does that say????? obvious bias without considering the other possibilities.

It isnt the same test. If it was there would be no way the average female could come close to the same passing rate as the average man.
The fact is these dumb SJWs dont understand that safety takes precedent above silly quotas. Men are significantly bigger and stronger. These are the required traits of a firefighter. The average woman cannot carry a 180-200lb person out of a burning building.

The article was slightly ambiguous as to whether the tests were the same. They made some statements that would imply that but avoided outright saying it which made me question. As for the percentage passing, due to your other point (99% of women have no interest in becoming firefighters), it wouldn't surprise me. The women that are there are dedicated and ready to kick ass. Some of the guys will be floating along and get their ass kicked.
As for carrying people out of a building, you haven't hung out with farm girls have you? At 70, my mom could (and did) carry up to ~75 lbs by herself. She has never "worked out" but had no problem doing what is required to get a job done. She is getting older and her joints are starting to be her limiting factor.
Of course there are women who can do it but they are an exception.
In reality, the average female likely has the strength of a 10th percentile male. When you combine this with the fact that 99% of women have no interest in ever becoming a firefighter, your supply of capable woman firefighters becomes a fraction of mens.
My wife took an Outward Bound course decades ago. She was about 108 pounds then. She solo portaged a 75 pound aluminum canoe over a half KM of rock and boulders. She wasn't into weight training either.
Weight isn't everything. I'd rather fight a 20 pound dog than a 10 pound cat.
