OK, not really, I just always have really liked that website name. What is one of the little things, that you encounter daily, that really annoys you.

For me it's how people who meet each other and stop to talk, on sidewalks and in hallways, always seem to choose a chock point and then align themselves perpendicular to the line of travel, so as to block the maximum amount of that limited passing space.

You?

People that cross the street diagonaly rather than doing it in a straight line and minimising the time they spend in the middle of the road.

People that lean over my desk so they can see my computer screen...**** off. And take a breath mint

People complaining about irrelevant things.

But is complaining about irrelevant complaining..... irrelevant?

paradox.

I would have to go with people in construction zones or any place where a lane or two ends. Instead of simply merging like a normal human being, they will all go in the lane that ends and then last second squeeze their way in, making everyone else wait.

Cagers who don't turn on their lights when the sun goes down or when it's really cloudy/dark...
Seriously people, you aren't wasting any electricity by having your lights on. Your alternator makes plenty of it!

Stick figure families. I dunno why but they annoy the crap outta me.

It's a car, not a social update.

Baby on board signs in the back of cars. Am I supposed to change the way I drive or ride because of that? And they should also have to remove the sign when there is no child in the car!

People who bring their personal lives into the office. I really don't care about your friends, or your cat, or your date.......
I'm not saying that it's all work all the time but you know those people. The ones that just can't stop telling you every intimate details of their really boring life.

This is why I don't miss intern work. The associates etc. just go ON and ON about their new bachelor apt. and Ikea furniture, then the fondue party they had after the wine tasting...

Sounds like you feel that you are missing something in your life and jealous of those people.
Just sayin'

How we have to ask "how's it going" in this society, even when you don't care. Boss calls: "how's it going"? The answer will always be fine "fine, thanks." And then you have to ask them how THEY'RE doing.

This has got to be one of my annoyances too. This is Toronto, so I'm not surprised here, selfishness tops everything.

It annoys people who don't respect my personal space, people who brush against you. Next time, I won't bathe for a month. That should give me a bit of personal space

people who line up and don't know what to order. Go up and see the menu first, you donk!

Human frailty. Dealing with mine and others is a constant annoyance.

Just ask them when the divorce is final. That'll shut them right up

Lately I've found that people will walk right across a big open space, with no one else around, to essentially walk right into me. This happens on pathways, hallways, you name it. I just don't understand why they have to occupy the same 3 square feet as me, when so much empty space is available.

Years ago somebody explained Wayne Gretzkys' ability on ice vis-avis anticipation. It's all very natural to him. Not to most others. This is how I view moving thru public space. Either you have it or you don't. I would consider myself the Wayne Gretzky of mall walking. You may be up at Wayne and I's level as well. You won't know what you had until it's gone.
