Call of Duty: Black Ops II

I haven't had the 'wow' factor since the first modern warfare, but this one isn't too bad.

Battlefield is the better series now, but only if you have a good crew to play with.
 
The new tweaks in halo 4 multi have made it really fun again. I haven't had this much fun playing online since COD 4 MW.

Last few days I had some time on my hands so I thought I'd play some multiplayer games. I've had my *** handed to me on a plate in Battlefield 3 and Modern warfare 4, so much so it's not that much fun. Many (many) years ago I used to be an admin on a Team Fortress server and I used to really like that game but it seems like unless you play for hours and get your gear upgraded it's an uphill struggle to get anywhere if you join the party late these days.

Anyone know if the Nuke killstreak is real? Been hearing a lot of rumours and my friend apparently saw someone use it while he's playing. I asked him if he was smoking anything he said no......

Nope. As far as i ve seen so far its gone.

At the end of some of the games esp in Nuketown, it shows the entire town being wiped out by a nuke.
 
anyone else getting the freezing bug when playing Zombies? Beyond aggravating when you've spent hours with buddies and are on a roll and boom, PS3 freezes because of this retarded game breaking bug that Treyarch doesn't give a flying eff about.

If I didn't HATE the 360 controller, I would never ever play another FPS on PS3 again.

Mine sometimes freezes while loading a multi-player map. also on ps3.

I feel like I'm messing up my ps3 by continuously force restarting it.

Nuketown I know has it after the game ends.. hence the name "nuke"town..that's what I told him. But apparently there's a hidden killstreak that you have to unlock one of them being the nuke. I think it's just rumours though but my friend seem to be positive that it does exist.

Quite possible. Im sitting at level 52 currently and have yet to unlock it or see it.

nah there isn't a nuke ks. Julz, your friend is messing with ya, lol.

They just released another patch that nerfed the smg's hipfire (needed) , the fal + select fire and the m8 (not needed!). a slight nerf to the first shotty (not needed) and the sniper (not really needed). As well as the pistol head shot multiplyer.

Why do they keep changing the game? People are gonna whine no matter what. They changed the sound of the suppressor to the hollywood sound. I prefer the original, sound more realistic.

I just hate it when i'm getting comfortable with the guns then they change the dynamics of it. I need to rebuild my kit

Depends on the environment.

Long range=sniper; assault rifle
enclosed= submachine; shotgun :D
 
funny enough I agree with both those nerfs... the amount of times I would get insta-killed by a sprinting smger with laser sight or a pump shotty from miles away... I was just getting good with those particular weapons but I've always been more an assault rifle kinda guy, hang back and beat people with superior aim vs lightning fast twitch reflexes
