Mattresses that are being made in Canada include Endy, Ghostbed, Silk & Snow, Simmons/Sealy, Kingsdown, Casper, Dreamstar, etc. There are a number of Canadian independent mattress manufacturers making private brands for companies like Costco and Sleep Country.
