Biker wanted by police

I backed up the video in case it gets taken down. The guy knows what he's doing, he removed all the meta data from the video before he uploaded it :) Wouldn't be surprised if he went through a VPN to upload it as well.

Theres no meta on the video because the camera probably doesn't have GPS or other features that makes it traceable. I doubt he would go through all this effort or understand it. Even a recent professional hacker was busted because he left some gps data on a image. If a professional hacker didn't think about it, i doubt a regular squid would.

Just my opinion lol.

100% luck, and his luck will run out. It takes no skill to ride like this, just balls and no reason to live. Been there done that, nearly died, did time... You want to kill yourself fine but a 400 lb object with a closing speed of 200 kmH, you are not the only one getting injured I guarantee you. When your luck does run out you better hope you die.

You got that right. The cost of rehab for someone who's seriously injured in a cash, can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Would the rider of the motorcycle be covered in the above video if he got into a crash? What specifically would exclude him from being covered? I know 172/stunting/racing wouldn't get him excluded.

I saw the video again on CityTV and Global this morning. No surprise how trivial the news has become. Both presentations of the video were followed by reports of an Oshawa group that is campaigning to increase 400 series highways to 120-130km speed limit. Opinion polls (for whatever they're worth) had 62% of people in favour. www.stop100.ca was also mentioned.

Showing this guy's video on the news 3 times in the last 24 hours might just encourage more fame seekers. We all know someone...

No. He would still be covered. Unless your charged with committing a crimminal act. (IE driving a stolen car, committing a robbery and using the vehicle as a get away vehicle, flight from police) You're still covered. Even if you're charged with an offence, you still get medical / rehabilitational benefits. You're not entitled to specified benefits. (Income replacement). As a side note: if you're found innocent after your trail, the insurance company has to pay what you're owed. So the insurance company holds the money "In trust" until the outcome of the trail. Now that's for lost wages only. We have to pay your medical and rehabilitational benefits regardless of the charges.

If you aren't being sarcastic +1.

Guy clearly has a **** ton of skill and balls, more than a lot of us (myself included) will ever have. Don't think I'll ever have the balls to play Need for Speed in real life lol
Do you want 'em scrambled or sunny-side-up?
That's why *** movies exist - to look and imagine something that you never wanna happen in your life.

I don't think that a guy jumping down from a cliff without parachute is any kind smart... no ball's size counts unless something like this-> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fgq-P_grmUw

Thanks for the detailed reply :)

I think if a cop tried to stop the bike in the video, he wouldn't stop, so for sure flight from police would get tacked onto the charges and would let "us" out of paying for the rehab if he got into an accident during the "chase"!

I guess "dangerous driving" is a criminal offense and would get us off the rehab bill in case he got into an accident before the police showed up.

Perhaps his throttle system was manufactured by Toyota?

If we tip off CityPulse we could even get some aerial footage.
ROFL!!! LOL :)

I have a remote control video copter but don't think it can do over about 80kph :(

Article posted on The Star recently:

http://www.thestar.com/news/world/a...it-s-like-to-go-299-km-h-on-a-motorcycle?bn=1

This part is interesting:

Though there has been talk of trying to arrest the driver, that could prove difficult.
“Even if they identify beyond a doubt who posted this video and confirmed that he also owned a bike matching this description, there is still not enough evidence to obtain a conviction in a court of law,” writes moveitmoveit. “Even a noob-lawyer could kick the crap out of the crown’s case. All of the huffing and puffing in the world of internetz won’t change that.”
