Best Compliment?

Best compliment...
Probably when the rumble of my v-twin with HMF exhaust made a baby in a wagon cry - and it's 4-5 year old brother giving me the thumbs up the whole while...

Depends on the bike.

125 = Some random chick: " is that a 600?....Looks cute" (fml)
LS650 = Mostly the older crowd, more mature people: " Wow sharp bike....is it a Harley?" (fml)
GSXR = Mostly "dude-buds": "Bro00Oo sweeet bike brO, I'd love to get one but my mom won't let me brO0Oo"........(fml)

I guess over all I don't like getting "complimented" ahahhahaha

Guys usually stare and ask "can i have a ride - on the backkkk". LoL - sorry boys one seat only!!

Usually I get the little kids giving me waves (I wave back, they are all too cute). Chicks giving me the rear view mirror checkout and once, I was in the left lane and she pulled up in the right lane and poked her head and shoulders out to check me out...I was in my usual full leathers and helmet with a mirrored shield..oh yeah, car full of teen girls screamed at me "Cool bike"....yada, yada

I get girls looking at the bike when I ride by then they realize I'm a girl and they look so confused. lol

I could not ride on the back of a girls bike... Just not happening.

Had a car full of 20 year old girls a few weeks ago eyeing me up when I was next to them at a red light. It appeared they were headed for the beach and one gave me a "follow us" motion but I was headed in to work... Just about the only time that would ever happen to me lol.

Ummm...hey boss, I don't feel so well today...later

Kawi Versys: Pulling into the gas station at Deals Gap, two guys rush over asked to take pictures of my bike. Everyone loves the skull on the headlight. Later Killboy had me and the bike in his Weekly Highlights feature.

Ninja 650: 2 girls in a SUV at a red light asked if we could trade vehicles, to my response "What's wrong with a threesome?"

CBR 125: "That's a sweet crotch rocket."

BWS 50: After doing this for a good hour the Police Officer responding to the complaint of a "motorcycle tearing up the playground" says... "That looks like the most fun I've ever seen...too bad you can do that here. I do know a couple of places where you can."

Not a complement in words so much... Touring in the US in some small town in NY (cannot remember which one). Bikes are parked in front of the restaurant we are eating at, as we are leaving a kid is coming in with his parents and excitedly says to me, "is that your Ducati!"

I could not believe the level of excitement, totally bizarre level like he just met Rossi....

I just realized you are a girl and i'm so confused... lol!

kidding! your avatar didn't give much away. and for all this time i thought it was a handsome young guy...:sad1: big miss on this.

little kids and toddlers staring and waving at you in awe...its the innocent unknowing look on their faces, but they know its something cool and different...

"Is that a 600/1000" to my Ninja 250, even from cops....LOL

Just a few nights ago I was downtown and driving in congestion I notice flashes on me, I look over like wtf??, and its an older lady in the back of a taxi taking pictures of me, as I look over the hot younger one (daughter maybe) looks embarrassed and give me an awkward, shy wave. I was just like "that's a first" then she didn't feel so bad and they started laughing...

1. One saturday i was at this red light on Church street. two girls were sitting in front of a cafe or something. one of them was smiling big and waiving at me, so i opened my tinted visor so that we could see each other in the eyes. Then we started yelling:
her: OMG you are so sexy!
me: Thanks.
her: what??
me:THANKS!!!
her: you are so hot!!! will you marry me???
me: i will!!!
her: (all excited and gave me "come here" motion) come come! gimme your phone number!!!
me: ugh... next time...
her: ugh.....

when the green light was back on, I tried my best to gun it fast and loud while make it all look effortless so that i could be extra sexy for her... ugh i was actually debating if i should pull over... well, next time...

2. I was on my very first ride out on the road, doing 50... this young guy slowed down to my speed in the lane beside me, let down the window, smiled at me and said hi. I gave him a quick and impassive look, and he took off. Dude! i wanted to talk to you but it was my very first ride and i was all nervous and had to keep my eyes on the road! next time! promise!

Greatest compliment was sitting a female friend on the bike. she was wearing a summer dress and lets just say the toes curled.

Pics to follow, random broads jumping on my bike at work and taking pictures. "OMG THIS IS YOUR BIKE? ITS HOT" usually followed by her puking in the next alley way. Gotta love drunk hipsters. I have some other funny drunken ones.

This compliment was pretty good.

When I rode a Kawi or Suzuki I would sometimes get a "nice bike" comment from strangers. Now I get "nice Ducati" from people who would have a hard time noticing the difference between a car and a motorcycle but can read the print on the side fairing. I must say that the Ducati name generates more comments from the non riding public for some reason.

OP was asking about Best Compliment someone made about your bike, not you personally.

" Mommy mommy ! Look its a power ranger ! " =D Ill never forget it :)

oops... i guess i'm not as smart as i thought, am i?

well jokes aside me riding is definitely the main factor why they acted that way. as i said in another post, if i was a pedestrian passing her by, she might or might not give me a second look but that would be it. I know for sure that she was saying "you are sexy and hot" cuz I was riding a bike. cuz my riding jacket doesnt
show my curves that much, if there's any.

so i consider this as the compliment to my bike and me :D, well, more to my bike. what do you think...

I do get "nice bike!" sometimes but it was nothing special. I'm sure everyone on here has such experiences more than i do.
