BC 299 km/h suspect not guilty.

"one of the city's top cardiologists and inventor of a revolutionary heart stent that helps blocked arteries heal after insertion." and when he said, after identifying himself as a cardiologist, that he's on his way to an emergency, the cop didn't use his discretion to let him go. atrocious.

Come on, no doctor is so important that a few extra minutes on the way to the hospital will make a difference. What was he going to do? Run right into surgery with a scalpel held high? There is always a staff on the other end of a phone.

+1000 Nice post

I'm convinced he was the one riding in the video, and I'm also convinced that a fair trial should have found him not guilty due to lack of evidence. One small loss for justice, one big win for Justice.
Try and wrap your head around that.

Reading the comment section on that article gives me a good laugh. General public is so fcked up and stupid. They want that Lambo seized and auctioned ( jealousy) because the driver is speeding. Do they even know the law or they just want the law to be whatever that fits their agenda. Not to mention they're giving up on their own rights.

No wonder these dumb ***** will continue to let more law that violate their rights because they need "security". Save the children!

Ok i usually ignore your garbage but how do you know this for a fact? Are you an expert in medical ?

Lets just hope you wont be dying waiting for your surgeon. I for one will laugh on your grave.

Here is an idea: enforcing the law is second to the job description. The cop should have escorted the surgeon to the hospital and send him a speeding ticket. Its apparently too hard for the cop and some certain knucklehead to wrap around that.

Anyone else notice that his forks weren't adjusted and left at the stock setting? lol the things I notice..

Don't worry about what Ray says, he's just upset because his wife doesn't let him ride either of his bikes ever. He's one of those Internet forum guys who always acts like he knows what he's doing or is better than everyone. If he was better, he would have gotten a better lean angle when he hit a certain highway ramp, instead of riding off the side of it lol. :lmao: :agave:

Whats wrong with stock setting? Maybe it matches his weight?

I said I noticed it. Sorry fork adjustment police, I didn't realize I wasn't allowed to notice something without getting into trouble lol.

Yes, for 15 years now.

You watch a lot of TV. Surgery is done in teams, and hospitals have more that one surgeon for any department. Being on-call is not an excuse to break road laws, this is known by any doctor, and he could have caused an accident. The protocol is that if there is an emergency that dire, other staff is assigned. There is no life-saving racing to hospitals. He felt entitled and gave a weak excuse, note that this "emergency" did not result in any harm to any patient, so how much of an emergency was it?
The only potential situation that would justify this a general city-wide call for medical personnel in a major disaster.
Even in transplant situations, there are protocols to recall a team to hospital, but there is no need for breaking road laws.

I only go to timmies in my convertible sports car to go through the drive-thru, because it gets ouu's and ahh's from the minimum wage employees. I've never stood over a fryer. If you want to play the money game, you've lost. Please continue pulling things out of your ***, it's quite funny actually. At least the things I've stated were the complete truth.

If found not guilty, shouldn't he be compensated for the loss????

Research civil liability laws. Michael Bryant our ex Attorney General was a poster child for them. Although he never was penalized by them.
