That's correct, she is an RSMC. Full time employee of CP and owns her own route. She bounced around from route to route for a few years before landing on a full time route. She will net about a third of what you make to do the same job.
The 2 tier system is a bit crazy, don't you think? Do you work with an RSMC's in your station? Is the divisive attitude the same? My wife comes home with stories that are simply shocking. Just when you think unions are fat cats with no purpose, I listen to her tell stories of what is going on in the station and it is nothing short of offside.
