Anyone want to come by and help with flushmount signal install?

So if she tried it herself and botched the wiring after admitting she's unsure, what would you say then?

Id say good for her she would learn a whole lot more trying to correct her mistake then asking for help.
They put erasers on pencils for a reason - correct & learn from your mistakes.

El zilcho - real original momo!

PS try putting this thread in technical forum & ask questions on how to instead of a cry for help.

Pps any girl that's has to make a handle on a forum with the word "girl" in it is a straight give away for attention whore.

Ah how i love! Gtam! .......

THIS is why I stopped caring about GTAM a while ago, its a GREAT way to pass my day at work though :D

Man.. *YOU* convinced me to come back after 9 delightful months of absence... Grrrr! lol

she should be asking for help, insted of "i have a helpless little lamb, come save me, btw I have a vagina" sort of thing....

offer up some beer or something atlest.....

If I was her, id ask a personal freind, not on a internet forum for help....her posts are a cry for wolf/red riding hood

I see where lilsaki is comming from, sounds like she is a chick that works on her own stuff.

I agree that posts/comments that kawi girl posts brings a bad rap to women / women riders....

If she offered beer, I'd have been there in a flash!

I don't know much about lighting. I just want the free beer.

SORRY I forgot to buy you popcorn.....I will drop some off soon......

lmao......I LOVE GTAM! and how it helps me pass time at work...

Pssh.. Mike peruses GTAM a lot too and he'd keep sending me links to check out. Next thing I know, I'm back posting and getting into crap.

I have offered beer to those that have helped me.... I bought dinner for the fender install group help and bought beer gift cards .... I don't expect things for free and pay my own way... If I had friends that knew how to do electrical work I would have asked them and still glad I didn't attempt the wire cut... Had some advice on relay install so I'm going to try and attempt, I do quite aBit on my own if I feel I won't mess it up such as prep forTrack coolant flush etc

If you read the other thread that you started regarding the same exact thing, there are numerous options.
My personal vote would be resistors for each set of LEDs (so 4). I'd go with normal resistors which cost cents at any electronics store and once proven to work I'd get the specialized resistors with large heatsinks like the one that came with my kit.

Beer? I don't know crap about electronics but I like beer. YettiSaki, u in?

Krashasaki already visited KawasakiGal. (Yes, Krashasaki did hit that. JK!)

KawasakiGal, you need to get this relay:

http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/brow...RDOVR~0201004P/Tridon%2BFlasher.jsp?locale=en

It's in stock at the Canadian Tire near you at Eglinton and Laird.

Follow the instructions at this link:

Or the video that HorizonXP linked above. That will fix your problem and you're good to go. Krashasaki is sorry he couldn't be of much more help, but you seem more than capable of handling this. You'll be up and running in no time.

Did you get beer?

1. Download a service manual for your bike. They include a wiring schematic in the back usually. It'll save you a lot of guessing and probing.
2. Get a 1/2 decent multimeter. They're relatively cheap and a good tool to have kicking around the box.
Geez I'm quoting myself...multi-meters aka multi-testers are on SALE at Crappy Tire this week.

The flyer ad I have at home says "digital" meters at u off.
A quick search on their site gave me 2 and a coax tester.

I personally prefer and use an analogue style meter but meh.. for basic probing/continuity/voltage etc.. one of these should be okay.
Good luck and say hi to Krashasaki for me.

Better to look at Sayal, they're more likely to have it.
