Yes, the forecast did change from last night. Holding on the runway for now.
 
Once the sun came out today around one i knew i had to go out. Only had about half an hour before needing to get ready for work but it was a lovely ride. Wore too many layers actually i was sweating in the sun haha even had to use a somewhat emergency manoever as a dump truck coming in the opposite lane decided he would drift half his truck into my lane ???. Luckily the klr loves dirt and hitting the shoulder quick was no problem. Scary though.

I had to go to the hospital last week to take care of my dad. He is still in the hospital otherwise I would be out there with you guys. I keep checking this, and it makes me smile--I know I'm not the only crazy one that wants to ride anytime of the year...

Aren't puppies under age?
 
Rode today too. Got a little damp on way in but that 1hr ride over lunch and after work made up for it. Last time out was dec 24.
 
I ate my own words. Coming back from my run at work the sun broke out of the clouds around Port Hope. When I got home, well, sunny and warm, dry roads..had to go.

About 45 minutes into the ride it got horribly windy, but it was still OK in the grand scheme of things considering it's FREAKIN' FEBRUARY. ;)

So, having rode last weekend (January), today (February), and with March not looking like it's going to be much of a problem if the trend staying as it goes...I think I'll make it through the entire winter without having missed a month!
 
Went out for about an hour yesterday after work, so the temperature was beginning to move down. Was around 6 C, so missed that really nice 15 C weather we had in the afternoon. Still nice to be out and in February no less. Had the usual people pulling out in front of me without looking, always invisible even with bright LED's.
