Any Photographers (Pro/Am) here?

These are from Costa Rica. Again, not sure why they aren’t sharp? They are on my iPad.

What’s the best way to post images and still keep sharpness on this forum? I’m resizing these photos as attachments in an email to myself from my iPad album then copying and pasting.

I love photos. Usually try to hit up a photo exhibition if I’m doing a city break anywhere.

Imgbb doesn't murder them.

Yeah ImgBB allows HEIC as well at full pop.
I use an Ai app called PhotoLemur3 that works wonders but blows the size up.
Give it a shot ...
I bought the app..there is a denoise App as well from the same group.

When you load this in at full size it's 13.3 mp and then do ImgBB ...you get the option to click on full rez from ImgBB....quite the difference from trying to cram into the relatively small space the forum allows. usually 900x700
I'm viewing on either Retina screens at 500nits or 4k screens with HDR and the difference is very noticeable being able to go full rez ....but I'm running out of drive space. Need to curate my photos big time.

@jc100 with or without a tripod with the slow shutter speeds?
That’s with a tripod in manual mode with a 2 to 4 second shutter speed and low ISO. I’d have to check the exact specs.

Edit: ISO 100, f 5.6 and 2-4 seconds for shutter speed. Most seem to be about 2.5ish. @ 16mm on a 12-100 F4.0 Olympus M Zuiko Pro lens.

This is a 4s one. More trails and less definition.

For fireworks, I like using a remote. Use bulb setting so shutter stays open while you hold the button. Makes it easy to capture the desired number and avoids camera shake.

I was going to do that as Olympus has a live view mode that shows the picture as it develops….however, with about 5 mins to go before the fireworks started, and not having read the manual on that particular mode, I figured I’d just wing the settings after shooting a few test shots without fireworks to see what exposure was like. I did one at 30 seconds but it looks like phosphorus bombs going off in a battle. 2ish gave me decent sharpness, 4 wasn’t too bad. More than that started to get a bit busy and a bit messy.
