Another Baby Left in a Car.

Some people panic and freeze, others panic and act. Waiting a few seconds to assess the situation before smashing a car is a good idea with few downsides. If the dog looks happy in the car, don't smash the window. Sure it will get hot in there soon, but right now there is no problem.

Why should anyone even be put in the situation to worry about an animal in a hot car. Why don't people *gasp* leave their animals at home if they have to run errands in the middle of a heat wave and leave the poor dogs trapped in a car? As a dog owner myself I have never and would never do that. What's your excuse really?

Would also like to know more about this, never heard of it before.

There is lots of stuff available. Mine was made, got it from someone, believe it started as a camper/RV unit. I've seen ones that use a hose through a parially left open window. Think I even saw one that uses a cooler, but I don't know if it worked to cool a car.

Another 3 yr old boy left in a car this week again, while the dad went into the strip club for a drink. WTH people .. w.. t.. h..

Next time wear a gopro boss. I ain't gonna believe that

Inferno is right on when he said most people will panic.

Answering 911 calls for a living I would say only 5 to 10 percent of the people who call in actual emergencies are calm. Hell, some people who call in non-emergencies can't keep it together.

...and that's not just regular civilians either. That goes for tow truck drivers as well as off duty Police, Fire fighters, and paramedics.

There's nothing to be ashamed of. Sometimes people encounter situations that they just aren't prepared for...and sometimes people encounter situations that no one can prepare for.

you dog owners need to train your dog to hit the unlock button on the door, too save your windows.

Then my border collie would steal my wallet and send the labrador for takeout while I was in line at the bank. Seriously, I can see her plotting.

Wow, father of the year candidate right there. It's hard to believe that some people can be so self centered, even with their own flesh and blood. That kid had no chance at seeing tittys all the way from the parking lot.

You know you have a problem when you gotta to to strip club in the middle of the day

You wouldn't believe how many people leave their kids in the car at the casinos (Niagara/Rama/Windsor).

I am sure the legal implications of his idiotic behaviour are the least of his worries right now. Just imagine going home and explaining to the wive.

They're totally that smart, watch out. My ex's sheltie could unlock her VW.

now that I am a father. I just cannot stand to read this kind of ********. The parent that left the child in the car should face a hefty fine or even jail time.

p.s. I personally think that these kind of "parents" were not ment to have children. If your to ****in lazy to take your child out of the car to go to home depot you deserve a kick in the skull. Oh also public shaming we should bring that back like in medieval times lock them up in the cities downtown with a sign of the crime they committed.
