Always tons of views, but very few comments.

@Michael C

I don't understand why anyone would give up their right to speak in fear of sounding stupid. Maybe that's just me. I do see your point, though, but I just don't think it's justified because just saying that is emphasizing the fear itself.

But I'm not getting into the philosophy of "respect your right to an opinion because there are people who don't have that right". I'm just trying to get the point across that I feel it's ridiculous how many people there are that are just on here to read.

I'm not an author. I don't get paid.

@Scuba Steve

On the contrary, grammar police is not a form of contribution.

But I do think your username is awesome!

I hear it's amazing when the famous purple stuffed worm in flap-jaw space with the tuning fork does a raw blink on Hara-kiri Rock. I need scissors. 61!

Yeah, I suppose that's true. I can't really dispute the rules. Because, after all, they are the rules.

But isn't that encouraging people who disagree to comment? Because it's assumed that giving your reasoning behind agreeing is not as necessary as your reasoning behind disagreeing(if that makes sense).

I would also like to point out that a "relevant idea" is an extremely loose term.

Spelling police, I don't have time for grammar and spelling on here.
BTW
Thanks for the username compliment.

I enjoy reading through, "how-to" threads just to see what people are doing to their bikes as well as to gain more general bike and mechanical knowledge. Often times it is completely unrelated to me, like "how to do valve adjustments on my 2012 Super Speedster" when I ride a completely different make and model bike. I don't have much to add to those other than a, "way to go" or "I enjoyed reading your post." Other times I am way out of my breadth of knoweldge and I'm more along for the ride looking for an opportunity to learn something.

I have asked myself the same question as you regarding a few bike vids I have on Youtube. Something like 8,000 views on one video and about 10 comments. In the end I don't really care. I'm just glad someone viewed my bike video and hopefully enjoyed it.
