Algonquin Fall Ride

so 9am at the shell/tims just off the highway at innisfil beach road?

i swear i looked at the map this time :eek:

that being said, I'm going to a Buck and Doe tonight, so I may not be in any shape to ride tomorrow either lol

If I can find somewhere that has rear break pads for my bike in stock, I am in! :)

GRR - weather today is just too damn nice - its taking all my self-control not to just take off now - but I'm planning on being away for the next two weekends and some things just need to be attended to.

Does not look like anyone has the pads until Tuesday :( Would not be a good idea to come on a long ride like this with 0 rear breaks! haha
 
as long as there is nothing damaging the rotor its not a big deal but for a newbie maybe best to stay home.
 
Are you guys prepared for thirty people to show up unannounced? Actually I take that back, the early 9:00 am start should discourage a large number and that may be a good thing.

Booya, your generosity truly impresses me. If you have a wife that is equally willing to house strangers over night, then you surely are a blessed man.

It's a public highway....can't control the riff raff that tag along.....prolly get tired of lazy pace :D

fair warning I DO want to take some photos. So if I pull over it's not cuz there is something wrong.
I would generally wait til later in the day tho for that when the sun is lower.

BG - it's only 100k to Innisfil there from 403 and Winston - between 7.30 and 8 am will be fine.
I'm right around the corner of the Shell so email and call when you leave home.

What do you figure to 403/Winston??

At this very minute, on site, the colours are great and so is the temperature. So your ride tomorrow should be really nice.

I will be coming from the east across davis drive. Was debating whether I will be taking 400 or taking younge st to bradford and following younge up to innisfil. So whatever works for you.

Tim Hortons just North of Davis on Yonge st. in the Dominion plaza at 8 a.m,, I'll p.m my number...
