Algonquin Fall Ride

I saw the report saying that the color should be peak this week/weekend. Last weekend was only 70-80 with 10% leaves falling.

Does anyone mind tell me where the tower is located? I may go up this weekend.




It's in the town of Dorset on the N/E side of the city on hyw 35.

I'm going to give Algonquin a try this weekend. I've been invited on a big camping trip, and will send the gear up with my fiancee in the car. She can take the 400 series roads, and I'll find some backroads on the bike

Thanks for inspiring me to do this ride guys! I hope I don't freeze my nuts off this weekend. Sunday is supposed to be nice, 14 and sunny.

I am planning to do a 3 day 2 night trip to Algonquin leaving on sunday 3rd, staying at a hostel in whitney ON (east gate) for 50 bucks a night, and ride through the park and coming back on wednesday through bobcayon. any takers??
