Agreed, but I'd state that the students 90% knew that they wouldn't get in through normal channels so they utilized fake documents to move forward.I'm afraid I have to disagree with this type of amnesty. While it may not be the student's fault directly, that isn't the issue -- it's that they arrived or were admitted using fake documents which would only be for one reason -- they were not admissible with real ones.
I say send them back without the 5-year prohibition to reentry. From there they can take the same legal path that others follow.
Bleeding heart liberalism is going a bit too far for me.
Personally, I'd start as @GreyGhost says...see who signed the documents and follow the trail.
But...that's racist of course.
