The OG 990, very nice
I think he's reduced the price for it, otherwise I would have posted it here
There's a few more really nice ones floating around for around 6k give or take

I had a pretty well sorted 2nd gen Tuono I didn't like as well as I had hoped. I'm really tempted to try this thing out.

Haha, either did the old Tuono or any of my current bikes ;). This would just be for weekend fun, but those orange sato rearsets would have to go, or be anodized black...

Actually I'd love to find some all back bodywork for it.

only thing is it looks kinda modded out, and that usually means hack mechanics(unless its done by a reputable shop)

Agreed, but that also depends. I do all my own mods/maintenance as well because I enjoy it (suspension work/tires/valves etc). I think you can tell a lot by a person's garage. Every bike I have sold the first person who has come to see it has bought it.

I have some friends who paint there rims with them still on the bike, so there's that...

I kind of like the sportster. liked the simplicity of it. it is my fav harley. if I dared admit liking them..
5 large isnt too much for a near new bike. medium rise bars, pegs no floorboards, no passenger seat, on any anniversary painted sportster model..
there are plenty of sportster 883/1200 for sale with low kms and stock/stockish for 6-7 large. I find some interesting - if their cleaner than most.
Are they a good bike mechanically?
