The US has fully embraced the Nazi ideaology from the looks of it. Trump is a cult to these people, and anyone thinking otherwise...well too bad.
I think it's something to stir the peoples emotions. If the states are embracing nazi crap. what about Canada? second thing is i'm not agreeing what elon done is right i'm saying he is showing trump love and respect

Maybe I am missing something.
All I see is someone who is nationalistic - similar to what Hungary has now.
I'd love for Canada to have a strong leader that puts the interests of the people first and not waste money on other nations when we have issues of our own to deal with.
What else would you call that salute? Who else used a similar salute in the last 80 years?
You can show support by saluting literally any other way. He picked the one that is deeply tied to a very troubling idealism.

All that being said, he is one of the smartest and most successful men alive and as far as I know isnt against Israel/Jewish people.

Agreed. I don't think it was an intentional Nazi salute.
While I would love to have a strong national leader…which trump can be argued he is.
That salute is very clearly representative of a horrible past.

I’m not one to explain away other people’s choices. I’ve seen clips of Elon touring Israel and believe he fully supports Israel completely.
He definitely was fired up and believe his intention was to give his heart to the people. However, I have to say it looks terrible and something I’d personally walk back if given the chance. Definitely a poor way to go about it and can’t help but see how that could be taken the wrong way.
